CARRERA PROFESIONAL

Mi formación académica está basada en el ámbito de las ciencias del deporte, ya que soy Licenciado en Ciencias del Deporte y Doctor en Rendimiento Deportivo.  Durante mi periodo de formación académica he compaginado estudios en universidades españolas con estancias en centros extranjeros que me han permitido la adquisición de aptitudes y actitudes específicas para el desarrollo de investigaciones de alta calidad, especialmente durante mi periodo pre-doctoral y post-doctoral.  Desde hace 5 años, desarrollo mi carrera profesional como docente e investigador en la Universidad Camilo José Cela, en la que imparto clases de Fisiología Humana y del Ejercicio, dirijo un equipo del Doctorado de Ciencias de la Salud con líneas de investigación relacionadas a las ciencias del deporte y lidero el laboratorio de Fisiología del Ejercicio.  Además de mi actividad docente en esta universidad, imparto clases de Máster en varias titulaciones oficiales de universidades españolas.  De especial relevancia en mi carrera es la producción científica; en la actualidad, dirijo un grupo de investigación inter-universitario de éxito, al menos a juzgar por el número de proyectos llevados a cabo y por la calidad de la producción científica derivada de este grupo.

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Doctor en Rendimiento Deportivo por la Universidad de Castilla La Mancha (2007). Licenciado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y Del Deporte, por la Universidad de Castilla La Mancha (2002). Acreditado para la figura de Profesor Contratado Doctor desde 2010 por la ANECA. Concedido un sexenio de investigación por  CNEAI en convocatoria de 2011.
