The main university campus, at Villafranca del Castillo, is only 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid, to the northwest of the city. It nestles in 25 acres of leafy, green countryside, in one of the most exclusive areas of the Madrid region – a privileged place where four of the university’s five faculties are to be found, as well as all the administrative and service departments. The university’s two halls of residence are also on the main campus.
Villafranca offers students the combination of healthy outdoor living and a quiet environment for study, just 20 kilometres from the hotspots of a vibrant Madrid nightlife. The jewel in the campus crown, especially for those interested in sport, is the UCJC Sports Club – a magnificently endowed sporting centre which is unique among Spanish universities. Students can enjoy the many extra-curricular, cultural and sporting activities that take place on campus throughout the academic year.
