SEK Education Group, selected by Salesforce as a Success Story

Last Tuesday, June 25, SEK Education Group was presented as a success story at the annual Salesforce “Madrid Education Summit Forum 2024” at the AWS offices in Madrid. The forum was organized with the objective of sharing visions and strategies on the future of education, discussing innovations and best practices that are emerging in the sector.

With the representation of SEK Education Group’s IT department, more than 100 leaders and representatives from various educational institutions gathered to exchange knowledge and experiences in this forum. Specifically, SEK’s participation consisted in the presentation of a paper entitled “
Putting Students and Families at the Center.
“, which demonstrated how Salesforce solutions have been integrated into the institution, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and Mulesoft, both in the network of schools and at Camilo José Cela University. This integration is transforming the way we interact daily with students, families and employees, significantly improving communication and access to digital resources and services.

In addition, the MySEK App was presented and its new functionalities for daily interaction with the families and staff of the different schools were shown. The new professional Intranet and improvements in the digital management of services in SEK schools are clear examples of how our technology is at the service of creating a more digital, connected and efficient educational community.

This event was not only an opportunity to showcase the advances that have been made in the integration of state-of-the-art technology in the SEK Education Group’s educational community, but also to learn from other institutions and strengthen our network of contacts in the education sector. Other universities participated, such as ESIC, which presented its marketing strategies based on 1st party data, and CUNEF, which presented how they are approaching the first steps for the implementation of Education Cloud.

Participation in this event is a clear testament to SEK Education Group’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in digital transformation.
