These are some of the questions asked by our students

I am a new student and I want to enrol, how do I matriculate?

Once you have completed the application process and have been admitted to UCJC, the next steps are as follows:

  1. 1. Make an appointment through MyUCJC, or call 91 815 31 31, option 2 “Secretary’s Office” – option 1 “Matriculation”.
  2. 2. Fill in the documents in the matriculation envelope:

    • Matriculation form
    • Direct debit form
    • Ministry Statistics
    • University card form (ask for it at the Secretary’s Office)

In addition, you will have to submit:

  • DNI
  • Proof of payment of the preenrolment fee (if any)
  • Original access documents (if not provided at the time of admission)

What documents do I have to provide to formalise my matriculation?

To finalise your enrolment, you must provide all the access documents duly notarised or present the originals at UCJC for us to notarise them. You may have completed this step on admission, if so you will not need to resubmit it again. Depending on the access route with which you join the UCJC, you must provide one or another document, along with the common documents for all students (ID card, 3 passport-size photographs, proof of having paid the preenrolment fee, if it has been made).

  • Official academic transcript, with grade point average out of 10, signed and stamped by the university of origin.
  • If you hold a foreign university degree, and you want to enrol in an Official Master’s Degree, you must also attach a certificate from your home university stating that your studies give access to official postgraduate degrees in that country.

In case you have started a university degree and have not finished it, you must present:

  • Official academic transcript, with grade point average out of 10, signed and stamped by the university of origin.
  • Proof of payment of fees for Transfer of Records from the university of origin.
