Camilo José Cela University hosts the qualifying tests for Paralympic athletes

Over five days, Camilo José Cela University and the Xanadú Shopping Center SnowZone, in Madrid, held the qualifying tests for the Allianz Winter Paralympic Promises Team.

This new batch of young promising athletes was created by the Spanish Paralympic Committee, in collaboration with the FEDDF (Spanish Sports Federation for People with Physical Disabilities), the FEDC (Spanish Sports Federation for the Blind) and the FEDPC (Spanish Sports Federation for People with Cerebral Palsy and Acquired Brain Damage) and sponsored by Allianz. The goal is to be part of the new pool of young alpine skiing and Spanish Paralympic snowboarding talent.

Thirteen young athletes with physical or visual disabilities from different parts of Spain took part in the technical, physical and psychological tests.
