Camilo José Cela University inaugurates the largest covered riding in Madrid

Camilo José Cela University has inaugurated its new covered riding arena for the occasion of the 20th Poni Club España Grand Prix, which took place on 4, 5 and 6 December, and which has also meant the return to in-person horse-riding competitions at the UCJC Sports Club.

The new UCJC covered riding arena is the largest in Madrid, and the second largest in Spain, and is built entirely out of wood and with an innovative ebb and flow irrigation system, ideal for keeping the track in the best conditions.

As for the 20th Poni Club Spain Grand Prix, several riders stood out as winners such as Vicente del Campo, Blanca Matarranz, Africa Cavero, Ian Montero, Jimena Herrero, Claudia López and Carlos García.
