Rubén Ruzafa, Physical Activity and Sports Sciences student, third in the world in the XTERRA World Triathlon Championship in Hawaii

Our student from the  Degree in Physical Activity and Sports SciencesRubén Ruzafa, took third place at the XTERRA Triathlon World Championship on the island of Maui, in Hawaii, this weekend.

Ruzafa has taken first place at the world championship three times already, consisting in a 1.5-kilometre swim, 31-kilometres mountain biking and 10.5 kilometres of very demanding trail running.

In recent days, several of our students have achieved success in their respective sports. The SEK International Sports Academy allows students and athletes to reconcile their studies with training and competitions.
