Twelve students from Garden City University, India, visit UCJC

University Camilo José Cela has welcomed 12 students from Garden City University, Bangalore, India, as part of the Study Abroad Programme. In the first inbound phase of this programme UCJC hosts the Indian students for ten days, and in the second outbound phase, 12 students from the UCJC School of Education and Health will travel to the Indian university in November.

Garden City University students will enjoy several educational and fun sessions during their stay, immersing themselves in our culture, history, language, dance and diplomacy. In addition, they will visit the most emblematic places in Madrid (such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace or the Prado Museum), Toledo and Segovia.

UCJC’s Study Abroad Programme is testament to its commitment to internationality and aims to bring our students into contact with different cultures and traditions. It also offers an opportunity for selected students to live a unique personal and academic experience at Garden City University (India). The course features four modules: culture and traditions, education and humanities, health and social responsibility, and interpersonal skills and teamwork.
