Integra Project students, who this year are beginning their degrees, have taken part in the debate on European Citizenship, held at the headquarters of the European Parliament in Madrid.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Alfonso Dastis, wished to hear about this Camilo José Cela University project first-hand from international students from countries in conflict.
UCJC is the first Spanish university to launch a pioneering scheme of this kind, as part of its social commitment and responsibility strategy. From an intercultural standpoint, the University seeks real social and academic integration, and to afford these young people a unique opportunity. The university is sensitive to diversity issues and is enriched by the presence of these students on its campus.
